This class is for everyone but especially those of us who put a lot of work into lifting and not as much time into the post lift recovery phase!

This one-hour class will leave you feeling more mobile and ready to take on the day, whether that’s taking a Sunday walk or lounging around the house after a long work week.

The beginning of the class is spent working on barbell technique and form, and the remainder is spent on accessory workouts.
